The Day I Asked God into My Heart

                   On June 15th I asked God into my heart.   My bible teacher told me how.  Mom and Dad asked me questions and I decided to pray. 

On  Saturdays  we  go  to church  and  help  them. And  Joelle  held  the  cheawawaw.

Spanish Lesson 1- Yes and No

I Saw Turtles and I want one

I want a turtle. I saw turtles at the beach, but they were black. The ones at the pet store are green. The ones I saw this week are all sea turtles. I said when they go into the sea, “Now they are sea turtles!” Joelle sang “Happy Birthday” to the baby turtles. Joelle when she picked up the turtle’s flippers were flapping like they were flying and Joelle, “It’s flying, my turtle is flying.”

We found a nest at night with 99 eggs! I think the turtle layed it right before we got there.

Going to camp out at the beach

We did a Spanish treasure hunt today. We first got a card that had a spanish word on it and then we had to find it. At the end when we got all the cards we got a treasure of one piece of candy.

Then we took a little walk. Next Thursday we are going to the ocean to help the baby turtles get into the water. And we are going to get to hold them. We will also go to a bat cave and pick up the bats and pet them. It's going to be an 8 hour drive! In the bus it's a special bus, it's got bathrooms and little TVs. We are going to camp on the beach! By the Pacific Ocean. We will also go on a motor boat out in the ocean and swim with the turtles.

We swam in the swimming pool, but it was freezing water! We got watermelon, but we didn't get it with chile and lime and salt.
